OPEN TO ALL DATTA DEVOTEES

Calling all Datta Artists! Please participate in our first of many to come, DATTArt Challenge! Any Datta Devotee living anywhere worldwide is eligible to enter the challenge. Children and teens are encouraged to submit their art!

All applicants must fill out our contact form on this website with your submission.

DESIGN CHALLENGE THEME: GANAPATI

We will start our first challenge with Ganapati! Draw, paint, and create a Ganapati design that will look great on a T-shirt you would want to wear! Ganapati dancing! Doing yoga! Make Ganapati  come alive!

ART DESIGN: Each entrant must be the rightful owner of the original art submitted. Designs can be in any medium,

paint, marker, ink, digital, or other.  Upload a design in JPG, PNG. Design for T-shirts are best drawn  larger than smaller,

11” x17” size on paper. Canvas size 20” x 24 “ or digital file size: 7632 x 6480 px.  Large files may need to be emailed by

Drop box.  

TIMELINE

Our design challenge begins on August 13, and submissions must be in by 10 pm (CST) September 30th. The top three winners will be announced on October 1st.  We are not responsible for nor liable for late, lost, delayed, misdirected or other technical malfunctions regarding submission of entry.  

WINNERS

The top three winners will be celebrated on our DATTArtist Challenge Winners page and will be the talk of social media! JAI GURU DATTA!

OWNERSHIP OF DESIGN

The winning designers will retain rights to their original designs but grant us the right to use them on various products and to modify as needed to look to best printed on products.

TERMS OF USE

Participants will grant us (Jai Guru Datta, Dattaware Store) the right to use your name, image and/or likeness, and any biographical information that you provide to us, in connection with the promotion or your design, in all media (now known or later developed), in any manner, throughout the world, in perpetuity, to publicize the promotion Jai Guru Datta. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend a art challenge.

RIGHT OF PUBLICITY

Each entrant agrees and grants to us the sponsor and any of their designees the right to, without any limitation or further compensation, use his or her name, voice, image, biographical data and/or likeness in any and all media now known or hereinafter devised, throughout the universe and in perpetuity, for any commercial purpose including, but not limited to, advertising and promoting Sponsor, the Promotion or any other promotion, contest or promotion sponsored by Sponsor, except where prohibited by law. Jai Guru Datta! (Ok, I know a little over the top!).
